Shipping

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-4 Days, but it may require up to one week or more during holiday seasons and in cases of severe weather that can affect delivery carriers.  Expedited shipping is available and details of such are outlined during the checkout process.

Returns

Silicone Alley allows returns.  All costs in association with returns are covered by the buyer unless an approved return is processed through a defective product claim as part of the 30-Day Warranty that is included with all orders.
